But to just figuratively speculate that I want to attain an "education," is not a wise investment in todays economy. There are so many wasted degrees out there and the salaries are merely a wake-up call when we bring out the "real" calculator. For areas such as forensic biology, music, education, psychology, drama, sociology, communication, etc..... the salary minus the student loan payments will equal a full time sleeping security officer position who dropped out of 10th grade. That, my friend, is a situation I would not want to be in. But in reality, it is very easy to attain.
