Just address the letter to the “law firm” referenced in the ad, and what the ad represents.

You may be better off submitting your cover letter and resume to law firms in your area, and ignoring those ads. Something along the lines of stating what type of position you are seeking, your availability and your interest in any future positions/openings.
I don’t trust those boxes and I’ve worked for two law firms in two different states in the last seven years and each one has posted a legitimate ad when trying to hire someone. Sometimes I think those boxes are held by scammers. Just my opinion.
But if you would like to pursue the ad, you could make it to the attention of Hiring Attorney or Legal Administrator, then law firm, then the box address.
Hope your endeavors pay off!
