If you want to make sure you do this right, you sure would not be asking here. I have never heard the term “gap” contingency, I have no idea what that is. If you want to protect yourself and this investment, you will enlist the services of a professional to draw up the contract. Any contract you get for free is worth the price you paid.

You need either an agent or an attorney to guide you in preparing a legal offer to purchase which will cover your interests. If you go this alone, you may be VERY sorry you did not engage professional assistance. In my state, the standard offer to purchase (with no addenda) is five pages long, and the print is NOT very large.

Buisness Anyalysts are for economy majors such as myself, not buis. majors.

However it is an intern position so they just want someone with a degree who isn’t a complete idiot, however you will not be able to move up.

No. You do not have 0 chance at the intern job…it’s just a smaller chance than someone who has a 3.5 GPA and studies that emphasize “business” instead of “psych”

I am using a phplinkdirectory script, its one of the best scripts on the net. Millions of users use it. IT has nothing to do with money or those hits thing. I hope you have some experience to go with that degree. Even a little experience goes a long way when just starting out. Do your background check on the company. Be informed about what they do. And better yet, how you would be an asset to them. One question to ask toward the wrap up of the interview is, “What type of person are you looking for to fill this position?” It gives you a chance to do a mental inventory of what you have covered. And you can add anything that they may bring up while they are answering your question. Good luck!

Well are you not planning to attend grad school? BS in genetics is a good course but for value addition, a masters or doctoral degree is mandatory for any field in life science.

may b u can work for a while and then continue with school…
